Course Description

This webinar has been designed to help participants understand the fundamentals of delegation and the importance of empowering others.
Course Duration

In Person Training = 1 Full Day (10 AM to 5 PM) (Includes Tea / Coffee / Lunch Break)
Online Training = 1 Full Day (6 Hours) (or) 2 Half-a-Days (2 Sessions of 3 Hours Each)

Developing Others using Situational Leadership (Directing, Coaching, Supporting, Delegating)
Different Strokes for Different Folks – Empowerment and Motivation
Feedback – Using Feedback as a Motivational Tool
Power of Positive Expectations (Pygmalion Effect)
