Course Description

This program will help participants to develop better work relationships with team members through fun and bonding activities. It will boost cohesiveness to make team communication and collaboration easier.

In Person Training = 1 Full Day (10 AM to 5 PM) (Includes Tea / Coffee / Lunch Break) )
Course Objectives

Will enable participants to:

- Develop better work relationships through team bonding, trust building and collaboration
- Learn how to balance individualism with teamwork, move from independence to interdependence
- Overcome internal team conflict, break the silo mentality and focus on the common goal
