  • Course Description

    This program will help the participants to improve their interpersonal skills. It will be highly interactive with discussions on effective techniques on improving people skills.

  • Course Duration

    In Person Training = 1 Full Day (10 AM to 5 PM) (Includes Tea / Coffee / Lunch Break)
    Online Training = 1 Full Day (6 Hours) (or) 2 Half-a-Days (2 Sessions of 3 Hours Each))

    Will enable participants to:

    - Understand their personality type and how to work together with different personalities
    - Develop better work relationships through trust building
    - Appreciate the importance of being assertive and creating win-win situations
    - Learn techniques to share feedback in a effective manner
    - Appreciate the importance of empathetic listening

  • Confidence in Expressing Oneself – Creating a Win-Win Situation (I’m Okay, You’re Okay)
  • Reducing Aggressive / Submissive Behaviours

  • Giving Effective Feedback – Sandwich Feedback – Negative Feedback on Act Vs Actor
  • Effective Listening Skills – Understanding the 5 Levels of Listening – Empathetic Listening
