  • Course Description

    For a first-time manager, making the transition from being an individual contributor to a leader of people can be a dramatic shift, requiring a completely different skill set. This course sets new managers up for success by providing them with the necessary tools needed to make a smooth transition to become effective leaders who can build trust, making authentic connections with team members, foster engaged / productive direct reports and drive greater results for your organization.

  • Course Duration

    In Person Training = 2 Full Days (10 AM to 5 PM) (Includes Tea / Coffee / Lunch Break)
    Online Training = 2 Full Days (6 Hours Per Day) (or) 4 Half-a-Days (4 Sessions of 3 Hours Each)

  • Course Objectives

    Will enable participants to:
    - Develop leadership capabilities to build, lead, inspire and energize a team
    - Strike a balance between task focus and people focus and learn how to motivate others
    - Understanding themselves better to unleash their personal potential
