  • Course Description

    This workshop will bring participants to the awareness that relationships merit the investment in time and energy required for disagreements to be resolved in such a way that both parties feel like winners. It will equip them with practical tools to improve their conflict management skills and attitudes.

  • Course Duration

    In Person Training = 1 Full Day (10 AM to 5 PM) (Includes Tea / Coffee / Lunch Break)
    Online Training = 1 Full Day (6 Hours) (or) 2 Half-a-Days (2 Sessions of 3 Hours Each)

  • Course Objectives

    Will enable participants to:

    - Understand the nature and causes of conflict
    - Be able to understand how differences in styles creates conflicts
    - To assess their conflict-resolution styles
    - Be able to adapt communication to resolve conflicts
    - To acquire skills in stating complaints and requesting change
